  • TWO BLOCKS TO BEALE STREET... says it all. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. I've seen others fudge about their location but I am very proud to give you this address. Don't even consider somewhere that's more than a few blocks from Beale, trust me, it's not worth it because a few blocks make a HUGE difference in downtown Memphis. This place is also 2 blocks from the Mississippi River. BRAND NEW ROOFTOP DECK APRIL 2023!!! The ENTIRE roof is a deck so it's almost like two rooftop decks (front and back), but they connect. New Weber natural gas grill on rooftop so no need to change a tank. Also a natural gas fire pit, no tank to refill.

    This townhouse is on MAIN STREET right at Vance Avenue (map it) and only 2 blocks to Beale. The trolley goes right by the front of this place as do the horse drawn carriages. This luxury 3400 SQFT townhouse has a colorful and fun vibe. It features 5 bedrooms plus many extra rooms. This place has a GATED driveway leading to the 2-car garage. I own these three townhouses in a row if you have a very large group.

    Please note: There is NO CABLE at this location. We have all new Vizio TVs that come with free channels or you can login with your information via Hulo, Netflix, Sling, etc. We DO NOT provide logins to any streaming services.

Just a couple blocks from Beale, so super convenient. Plenty of room in the unit for many people. My family had a blast staying here.

The rental was large and spacious - more so than the pictures suggest. We were a family group of 9 and had ample room. Communication with the property manager was prompt, informative, and helpful. Location was great - walking distance to Beale St, Civil Rights Museum, etc. Dining room table can seat six or a very cozy eight. Main living room had a wonderful sectional; easy to hang out and play games. Many rooms have TV's, but none in the main room. Rental was clean in major visible areas but feels like it could use a thorough top to bottom cleaning (under dressers, etc.). Would stay here again.

Great Location

We loved the location and the property. Just a couple of blocks from Beale Street with a place to eat or get drinks right across the street. It was also within walking distance to the National Civil Rights Museum. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious; Walkable; Comfortable

The home itself is very eclectic & colorful. Host is very spot on and communicates well. Everything cool is in walking distance to the River Parks, Beale Street, Restaurants, & Shops. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place!

We have stayed here many times in the past, and as always it did not disappoint! Very roomy, awesome location close to Tom Lee, restaurants, night life, etc. Easy check in/out. No issues whatsoever. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location

The property is super funky and walking distance to Beale. It could use a deep cleaning (specially the windows) and is in need of many minor repairs. We thought it was advertised as 6 bedrooms but there are actually 5 but several beds and pull out couches. Both the owner and managers were pleasant to talk with.

Short Getaway with Adult Children

This was one of the best vrbo's we have stayed at. Loved the decor - you can't help having a great time! Location was perfect - walk to many great restaurants, civil rights museum, Peabody and more. Garage parking a huge plus. Tons of space for all 7 of us to spread out. Property manager was awesome as was owner. Can't say enough good things about this. Highly recommend!!

Great location!

Location of this property is fabulous! Not clean enough for our liking and in a little disrepair. You can definitely tell it is just a rental. It’s also very loud. You can hear everything on the streets and lots of light in the bedrooms. The location though is perfect, so just have to consider what you are most particular about. It worked fine for a weekend girls trip.

Property was not what was pictured, the unit was so filthy and in no was updated. The concept was nice. Only 1 tv worked in the house. The only positive comment is the location and walking distance to the music.

Enjoyed

The house was exactly as seen on pictures. The host responded very promptly to our questions. The house is beautiful and in a great location where you don’t have to leave the house (front outside) to enjoy the Fun! There is ONLY one problem. All the TVs are outdated with no cable nor any of them are smart TVs. There for if you bring any kids are someone who wanted to relax in watch Tv, that want be happening!!!!!! Other than that this would be the place to book.

Very convenient to everything

Property was exactly as described in listing. A few things need to be updated: 1. Kitchen sink faucet is loose needs repair 2. Upstairs bathroom tube needs repair slippery almost had falls 3. The mold around tube need repair. 4. Too many nets 5. The stairs has a wire hanging out need to be replaced. 6. The patio not safe still. But overall it was great stay!

Overall Had a good time

First off I would like to say overall we made due and had a good time as a family of 8 ages 16-45 yrs old. Cons--Appears they did not have anyone come in and clean before we showed up as we found the floors dirty, the outside rooftop patio was a wreck and open cookies in the silverware drawer. The windows are very thin so you hear every little noose and conversation outside that goes on till 4am in the morning. Their is a club across the street and you hear the music all night and then when club is out you hear all the partying on the outside.The down stairs main area smelled a little like weed and you can tell whom ever was in it last had a good time and did not smoke outside like they are supposed to. Lastly the trollies are no longer running and that's one thing we where looking forward to.Pros- Very hot water, space is very open to hang out, its close to some good restaurants and very close to Beal street for easy access. Local restaurants and bars where great as well.We had a good time over all just wish place would have been cleaner, roof top usable, and the club was closed.
