What a great place! Had a couple of questions that were answered promptly. Easy to find with the directions provided. There were 8 of us visiting. Plenty of space to accommodate us and room to roam with two separate living areas PLUS the rooftop patio and large Kitchen/dining room. Stocked with coffee stuffs and even some “goodies” with a nice note from hosts with area recommendations. Will likely stay again as we have family in the area. THANKS!

We found this property perfect for a group stay. Plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Good location, enjoyed the pool table and the garage was a big plus!

Great Experience

This is an amazing place! Great location, with nearby new restaurant, close to a great coffee shop, and Sun Recording Studio. The accommodations were awesome; we were a party of 6 and the place can handle another 2-4 easily. Great gathering spots, nice kitchen, everything worked. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Short family trip

The accommodations were spacious, very clean, conveniently located, and parking was great especially the garage. Owners were easily available for any concern-there were none. We had a great time and highly recommend staying at this location. Definitely go to restaurant next door, Sabor Caribe. Friendly and delicious food!

Relaxing

We enjoyed how clean place was, the space was very impressive to be honest it was to big for me and my family but, afforded us the space to spread out. The rooftop patio was amazing. The location was good close to many events and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again. The hosts and their daughter was great and made themselves available.

Fantastic funky loft space

Very spacious and fun loft-style dwelling with beautiful roof-top deck. Bedrooms are lovely. Lots of spaces for families to spread out. Could easily hold 3-generation gatherings or multiple families. Kitchen was stocked with lots of staples and some snacks!

Perfect fit

We had a baby shower for expecting family that live in Memphis. The location and accommodations fit our needs perfectly for us family members from out of town. We could walk to the venue where the celebration was held, as well as other places for food and drinks in The Edge District.Also, could not ask for better host! They took great care of us. We will defiantly stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay here in Memphis. The property was just a short drive to Beale St. had a wonderful restaurant just feet from the front door. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable, i.e, coffee. Thank you!

Huge space, well equipped family space

This property is awesome! Tons of space and very well equipped! Hosts are super nice and helpful! Nice to have a garage for our rental car and designated parking. Outdoor space is awesome if you have good weather. Pool table was fun option ! We would definitely stay here again!

A week with no blues, all fun, lol!

Wow! The property was great! The hosts, even better! So close to all the Memphis things! We walked most everywhere and had a great time. The property is spacious, in a good location and as a bonus has a delicious restaurant right next door! Couldn't have asked for anything more!
