This second-floor 1927 Craftsman-style apartment blends historic character with modern comfort. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, the space features classic architectural details, warm natural light, and a peaceful, tree-lined setting just moments from the vibrant Cooper-Young District. It’s an ideal retreat for couples, solo travelers, or long-term guests looking to experience Midtown Memphis like a local.
The downstairs unit is a completely separate rental within the same home. As is common with historic properties, some sound may carry between floors when both units are occupied, and downstairs guests may use the side entrance. For your privacy and security, the interior stairway door between units is locked on both sides, and exterior security cameras are installed on-site.

Your apartment has digital door locks so that you can check in on your own. Meeting you there in person won`t be necessary, but we will be available 24/7. If you need anything at all, just send us a quick message.

➤ Pets: We welcome pets with a few guidelines:
• Please note that a $100 pet fee will be applied per stay.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
