There is no pool fence. You are responsible to protect your children, prevent them from running into the pool, and use the pool at your own risk. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it; otherwise, you will have to make a trip to the store to exchange the propane tank. There are Walgreens, Wawa, Lowes, Circle K, Chevron nearby for you to swap the propane tanks. BBQ Grill is placed in the garage. Please bring it outside to the backyard when use and return it back to the garage once done.

A/C temperatures set between 72ºF-76ºF. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit. Please ensure all doors and windows remain shut for equipment to function properly.

There is a security Ring camera at the front exterior of the property. There is no camera inside of the home to ensure your privacy.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days on the at TV console and place trash in the trash can outside daily before 7pm to keep a clean home.
