IMPORTANT UPDATE - NOTIFICATION OF WORKS - 26/06/23

Maribyrnong City Council has informed us of public park works that are set to take place near the building precinct. During this time, crews will be onsite weekdays from 7:00am-5:00pm with some weekend work also required. This would be mornings only from 8:00am-midday. Detours will be in place to support pedestrians and cyclists navigate through the area. There will also be some noise and dust, but contractors will do their best to minimise this. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconveniences.

Add to the mix its excellent restaurants and bars, booming arts scene and diverse multicultural identity, and you’ve got all the makings of one of Melbourne’s best places to live.

LOCALS LOVE...

Footscray Market is, in many ways, the heart and soul of the suburb. The brutalist structure is a constant hive of activity, and offers an expansive range of fresh local produce, seafood, meat and Asian ingredients. Open from Tuesday to Saturday, the market is easily accessible by train, bus or tram.

The greater Footscray area is currently serviced by three train stations, as well as several bus and tram routes. Melbourne’s new public transport developments will see Footscray become the gateway to the west in the coming years, with a regular airport rail service cutting travel time to Tullamarine to 18 minutes and new services establishing easy connections to the regional hubs of Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo.

》Key Pickup from Key Exchange Service
City of Melbourne has very strict laws about the use of lockboxes. To avoid the risk of you realising your lockbox has been cut off as has been experienced by past guests, we have arranged for you to collect your key from a nearby Key Exchange Service located (1)km from your apartment. This is a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk. This ensures the most seamless arrival.

Please plan your arrival accordingly. Our guests generally choose to use Uber to collect the key and then continue on to the apartment. Uber is able to park outside the Key Exchange Service and wait for you.

NOTE: From time to time, there may be a change to this process for reasons outside our control e.g. road blocks, a sudden change in operating hours of the Key Exchange Service. This will be communicated to all affected guests in advance.
