Located in the historical Flinders township, this home offers stunning views of Phillip Island, the Nobbies, Flinders pier, and West Head lookout. Accommodating up to 9 guests, it features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and ample parking for boats and jet skis. Nestled on over an acre of treed land, it's close to beaches, the Flinders golf course, and local cafes and bars.
The open-plan living area includes a timber kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast bench, and dining for 8. Relax in the lounge with leather sofas, split system heating/cooling, and ocean views.
Ideal for two families, the bedrooms include 2 queen rooms, a tri-bunk room, and a room with 2 single beds, all with electric heating and built-in robes. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, while the second bathroom offers a shower and separate toilet.
The property features a large balcony with outdoor dining, a gas BBQ, and stunning coastal views. There's plenty of parking space for cars, boats, and jet skis, making it a perfect getaway spot in one of Victoria's most beautiful coastal locations.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.

No pets allowed.
