Pet friendly, Great location, quiet neighborhood. We are close to the Florida Institute of Technology as well as 5 minutes to Historic Downtown Melbourne with wonderful stores and restaurants. You would be 5 minutes from Melbourne International Airport and 20 minutes to our beautiful beaches! Not only that but also 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center!! What else can you ask for? Come and enjoy your stay with us!!

We had a great stay for 3 weeks. The house was perfect location, very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Any time we reached out to Yuliana with a question she was so pleasant , quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again if we were coming back to the area again.

It was a perfect home for us to visit our son at FIT. Very relaxing and wonderfully cozy while the rain fell. The pool was awesome and gave our adult sons time to hang out with their sister. We loved it!

My family of 5 stayed here for a baseball tournament at Space Coast. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. The area is nice and it felt like home. The host is very responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We came to visit our grandson at Florida Tech. The house was in a perfect location. The house itself was extremely clean and comfortable. We really liked that the primary bedroom was on the first floor. The layout was great and there was lots of natural light. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The pool area was so inviting. We would definitely stay again.

Great Spot!

Great owner/communication. The place was terrific, wish we found it sooner instead of staying at hotels when visiting our daughter at Florida Tech. Super clean with plenty of towels and dish-ware - great dining area with plenty of space. The pool was the topper - great place, great stay!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and it had everything we needed or forgotten and more! The pool was a bonus (even though we didn’t get to swim) and it is heated! The host was fabulous and responded quickly to any messages sent!

Generous Host and Lovely Property

Yuliana was very responsive and did everything she could to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. We rented the house for two weeks and it checked all the boxes for our needs. The house was clean and comfortable and the pool and outdoor seating area was perfect for our July visit.

Property manager is kind and helpful. Initiating communication prior to checking in.This is a beautiful property. Great location, only about 4 miles to the beach, 1 mile to Downtown Melbourne.Very comfortable. The pool area is spectacular, full sun all day.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience staying at this property. Loved that our 4-legged family members were also welcome and also that it was pretty well stocked with items you would need including some basic spices, condiments, etc. The home was clean and neat and had just about everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great Getaway on The Space Coast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had four adults and two children ~plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, spices and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We appreciated having beach towels, sunblock and beach items to use. Bathrooms included fluffy towels, body wash and shampoo. The beds were extremely comfortable! It was wonderful waking up in the morning to such an open air atmosphere. This property is conveniently located a short distance to many of the beaches and the Melbourne airport. Walkers would like the fact that Florida Tech is located within walking distance of the campus and it’s easy to stroll around the grounds. We were welcomed with soothing music, pleasant scents, and champagne. We would definitely return to this property. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent

This was the best property we have ever rented through VRBO. The property is lovely, the host was so attentive. The house is well equipped but if I couldn’t find something or requested an item, it was provided right away! It was very clean and furniture was perfect for us as a family staying there. We are looking forward to renting this property again in the future!
