The woman running the place asked me how much I'd paid for my room when I came out for breakfast on my first morning, even though it had come with my room. Expedia/Hotels.con should have vetted Coconut Hotel Luang Prabang. Causing lots of inconvenience. Ended up staying at My Ban Lao in Luang Prabang instead. A bluer nice and upper class hotel. We loved the hotel. Found there is a Coconut Hotel in Vientiane. Staff was nice and is helping out getting refund. ...
