"The staff are all kind, friendly. Room is very clean and well maintenance. Shopping mall is connected to the building so easy to do shopping and dining and Grand Indonesia is very close where you can buy branded items. Gym and pool are clean too. Wash and dryer are new which helped cleaning my clothes. ..."

"Nice hotel during family stay in Jakarta. Room was spacious and hotel was nicely situated between Thamrin and Grand Indonesia. Breakfast variety could have been better with traditional kueh instead of pastries. Good experience overall. Definitely recommended for big families."
