✹ Stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and narrow!



✹Use the wrap around porch to go to the back unit



✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home.



✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)



✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee



✹ Early Check-in:

If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.

Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.



✹ Late Check-out:

Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests.



✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive!



✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.



✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.



✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.



Guest Access:

You will be messaged a code followed by a check mark. This code is enabled in the electronic keypad deadbolt during your stay and can be used to unlock as well as to lock the door.



For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.



The Neighborhood:

This is one of Medina city's first houses, built in 1853, this, in all the majestic grandeur of the day, this almost 200 year old house has been modernized. with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, updated electric, mini split heat and air conditioning, and a stackable washer and dryer, not to mention the glamor of the old wrap round outdoor porch and a beautiful rear patio cover. and facing a fire pit and garden. This is the rear half of the house while the owners occupy the front half of the house. The owners are very proud of their painstaking restoration and modernization of the front space and the rear space. Right in the center of the town, this home is easily accessible to most of Medina's population within a mile or two and 90 % of the businesses within 3 miles!
