Rooms did have a heating and a/c unit that worked really well. My family was happy with everything. All in all I would totally stay here again! Also, bring shampoo and conditioner because they do not provide it and we learned that the hard way ): lol "

"We had a great stay here! We came here for one night for a conference. This hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the convention center. This hotel just opened this year, and it is super clean! The rooms are also very spacious! We slept great! There is a train nearby, but I didn't hear it at all until about 9am the next day. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, and the lobby was decorated for Christmas and it was so cute! The breakfast in the morning was decent, a pretty standard...

"Great place. Excellent staff. I had booked a single with King bed through Expedia but was told by the hotel that they had no king beds available upon check-in. I was placed in a room with two Doubles instead. Although I did not get a bill adjustment because the hotel said I booked through a third-party site, they comped my parking for the entire length of stay. "
