Great, clean house in the middle of Medford

Great location, near North Medford High School. Newly renovated home inside and out! We created this house with comfort in mind-cozy pillow-top beds, super fast wi-fi and cable, new sectional couch and reclining chair, granite countertops with a great dining room to enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee! Enjoy the back patio or watching the beautiful sunset from the front porch with your friends and family.

AC under perfirmed

It was a very hot weekend in Medford, graduatiin weekend, family, and the house was not under 75 except at 3 am. Made it miserable and edgy for everyone we couldnt even sit up and play games .... but other than that the place was FABULOUS!!! Id rent again, but maybe late fall or early spring

Oregon Shakespeare Festival stay

Very convenient for seeing plays in Ashland. Host is very accessible and accommodating. Worked well for our short vacation!!

Enough room for our family of 5. We didn’t realize it was part of a two dwelling property, but the listing itself was private/separated from other dwelling.

Smelly

Property was fine. Fit the description and was what we needed for our group. But the coffee table collapsed on us. It was clearly broken but the owners had just tried to patch it together. The biggest complaint was the smell of animal urine. The entire until had it hanging over it. The guest bathroom smelled the worse, to the point where my wife cleaned the whole bathroom to try and make it better. It helped a little but the smell stayed with the unit the whole time. Considering the cleaning we had to do I would hope to get our cleaning fee money back.

Filthy

The carpet in the master was so filthy with big blavk stains on top of the dirt. I put towels down so we could walk on it. The bed and couch were so broken down my husband brought a chair from out side to sit in.

Good for a family

This house is quite adequate. It met our needs as we traveled with our 2large dogs. It is definitely a house where dogs have lived or stayed as you can see by the condition of the furniture! The back yard is wood chipped and a little small. It’s not fancy but certainly met our needs. Since it’s a large 3 bedroom, 2bath home a family could enjoy staying here.

Jeri is amazing

We unfortunately were displaced for two weeks while repairs were done to our home and refused to stay at a hotel. Things were a nightmare with our other host until we were able to stay at this property listed by Jeri. Literally NO complaints, we were comfortable, the property was amazing and so was our host. She even brought us an extra fire stick remote and batteries. She made us feel like we were home while we were out of our home.

Dog poo on carpet

We saw a big dog poo on the carpet of the master bedroom when we checked in. It was very disgusting. We told the owner immediately, and the owner accused my dog for pooing there when my dog was still outside on the lawn when we discovered the poo. The dog was also dried up indicating that it has been there for awhile and certainly not from my poo. After providing the picture evidence of the poo, the owner agreed to reimbursed half of the cleaning fee. We followed all check out procedures and kept the place clean. I followed up with the owner a week after check out on the cleaning fee refund, the owner then sent me a picture of the floor with spilled liquid, accused my dog for peeing on the floor, and refused to refund the cleaning fee. The picture was unclear when it was taken, whether it was even taken inside the house and whether the spilled liquid was water or pee. I am going to launch a complaint on the owner for his unjust actions.
