None of which is mentioned in the instructions. Also, the sign on the top of the fridge needs attention. The headline is "Before you leave" with no hint that tenants should read it upon arrival to see the internet instructions. There is no book of further information as claimed."

"Had a great time. Nice that it was in walking distance to town. Never drove once. Beds very comfortable. The only thing was a rug in front room. It was coming up on the edge of living room. We kept tripping. It should be replaced before someone falls and gets hurt. Otherwise great place to stay. We would stay again."

We were a little disappointed that the fountain in the backyard still looked like it was winterized (covered in black plastic) despite it being after Memorial Day. However, we didn’t end up hanging out in the backyard so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay."

"The property was exactly as described, very clean, a well outfitted kitchen and in a really quiet neighborhood. We walked up to the end of the street and watched the turkeys fly into a huge pine tree for the night. Lots of turkeys and deer wandered through the property. We spent a lot of time outside by the pool and enjoyed the bird life! Great central location for day trips to Ashland, Jacksonville and Crater Lake. Would definitely stay here again!"

The back yard was heaven for a nice warm weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. This house has everything you need and has great vintage character. Definitely family friendly.
