Laundry is SHARED with the tenants in the attached back studio apartment - No other spaces on the property or house are shared, all other areas of the home are private, including the front & back yards, driveway parking, entrance, and heating, A/C.

You will be provided with a secure link to your personal digital keycard, which includes everything you will need for your stay, including check-in instructions, your house guide, area recommendations, requests for late check-out and early check-in, wifi information, access, parking and gate and door codes and more.



This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect balance of peaceful privacy and convenient access to everything Southern Oregon has to offer. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe, older (1980's) East Medford residential neighborhood, is a comfortable and welcoming space to relax.

The large, fully equipped kitchen is designed for gathering and cooking together, featuring a spacious island, walk-in pantry, generous counter space, a bright double sink under a large window, gas stove, dishwasher, and a full selection of pots, pans, cooking tools, and serving pieces. Guests can also enjoy a variety of coffee, tea, and espresso options.

A dedicated office nook includes a large desk, monitor, chair, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to work remotely, along with convenient 24-hour self check-in. The cozy living room is filled with natural light from a full wall of windows and anchored by a 65” TV, creating a comfortable place to unwind.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each offer queen beds. A second full hall bathroom includes an extra-deep tub / shower and double sinks.

Guests also have access to the SHARED laundry room with washer, dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board available during laundry hours from 9am to 10pm (quiet hours begin at 10pm).

Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard is hardscaped (no grass) includes a gazebo and fire pit—perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. A dog door provides easy outdoor access for pets. Please note the hot tub is currently under repair and is not available for guest use.



There is a bus stop within walking distance, great walking/biking neighborhood, Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are readily available.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM • Laundry Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Shared wall & laundry room with back rental unit)

• The hot tub in the back yard is under maintenance/repair and is not part of the rental, it is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use.

• LAUNDRY ROOM IS SHARED with tenants in separate attached back rental unit. No other areas of the home or property are shared. Private entrances, yard, parking.
