"We stayed for 9 nights at this property in the center of Franklin; it is brand new and was very clean. It is within one block of four great restaurants. A store that rents bikes for many of the area trails (we rode 5 miles along the Allegheny River on a paved trail to Belmar Bridge) is just over a block away. "This place was great. We were able to host Thanksgiving (kitchen big enough to cook full meal) for 10 people. Great entertaining area and the host was incredible (responded to everything we needed). Have already booked again."

"The apartment was clean and well set up. We noticed that thought went on to the decor, and there were places they could have just put up paint but did a little extra. I take that as a sign of care. We were very comfortable and received timely communication. What probably carries the most weight for those reading this review is I already suggested it to someone else I know."

"The pet arrangement was very good. A park was 1 block away. We had to contact the host & the problem was solved within a short time. We felt very safe in the unit. We would stay here again. Excellent & the best in furniture & decor. Loved the chocolates on the pillows. "
