I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. "Would appreciate a sign on site, and on reservation site about parking across street at city parking garage. Without a driveway or pull off in front of hotel on one way street for check in/out, it was awkward and dangerous."

"Our only concern, as seniors, was the steep stairs. We were in a downstairs room one night, with stairs down to the first floor. Then we moved to a second floor room, with even steeper stairs. Perhaps a dumb waiter to help with luggage? But the property is lovely, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service, wonderful staff. Highly recommend!"

"The house is lovely and seeming well maintained. There is self check in and no staff on site except for breakfast so if there are issues you have to call a phone number for assistance. The room was freezing and had no temperature control. Extreme overuse of scented laundry products made me physically ill and we almost left after one night. Only the coat of the room and a creative workaround prevented that. Breakfast the first day was acceptable but I don’t believe the pancakes were made from...

"Exactly as described with a few pleasant surprises like wine and cheese cocktail hour and a delicious breakfast of sweet waffles with praline syrup, and savory sausage and potatoes out in the courtyard. Loved the Oglethorpe room plus Charles was very knowledgeable about the homes history - way better than google! Street parking (payment required 8am-5pm) was a bit tricky but staff was very helpful in guiding us! Savannah is definitely walkable from this home. Highly recommend!"

"Room was beautiful & clean! We had an incident with my luggage. Bellhop brought it to the room and one of my suitcases were missing. I started to panic went to the front desk and with in an hour it was found. I feel like I should have received compensation somehow for my stress. Marriott Points, or dinner would have been nice! The pool was very nice comfortable and clean. Staff were great at the pool. We had “do not disturb sign” on the door, we received a text “ they were sorry they missed...

"The room was very spacious. More like a 1 bedroom apartment. They offered a happy hour but unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of it due to having other activities at the same time. Water and soda was available in the lobby. Walkable to everything. Staff friendly and helpful."

"The Property on the outside is very pretty, but the interior is very old and run down. The door locks did not work on our room and we had to rely on a deadbolt. There were several little oddities that occur, such as the AC being turned off during the night in the entire building. Several times during our stay I woke up sweating and could not change the room temperature at all. The room itself is small but very clean. We stayed in the Live Oaks room and it has a Dutch window, which allows you out...

"Loved the location and found the staff to be very helpful in situating me in my room, even though I arrived an hour early. Wonderful view from the room though the in-room amenities were very basic and the furniture dated. Staff at breakfast very helpful and good gym. Not sure what is the justification for paying $25 for destination tax per night on top of state and occupancy taxes plus hotel tax with my booking"
