Spacious 5 Bedroom Wine Country Retreat & Hot tub

Cedarwood Retreat is a completely remodeled and refreshed 1920's home in the heart of wine country. Easy access to local shops, museums, wine tasting, and tons of dining options. This home is so comfortable that you will enjoy staying in just as much as hitting the town.

The house was restored from the ground up and boasts 2700 sq' of living space, high efficiency heat pump with AC, energy star appliance's and lighting. It has an efficient floor plan that makes the most of the space for large groups or multiple families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor with only 2 steps to get into the house. There is a cozy living room with original wood beam ceiling, TV, sounds system and wood fireplace. The upstairs opens up into a sizable loft with a large sectional, 72" TV with sound system, a game closet full of games, built in desk with supplied printer and scanner. This is an ideal place for children to play, or settle in and watch your favorite show. The upstairs is complete with 3 large bedrooms with walk in closets, and a full bath.

Downstairs, next to the living room is an intimate dinning area with seating for 8. Additional chairs and table are available to offer more seating when needed. Off of the dining area the glass french doors open up to a private fenced court yard with additional outdoor seating. A great place to just hang out.

The full kitchen, is well stocked with all the tools you need including standard spices and condiments. The Kitchen is brand new including stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and even a blender, you will have no trouble feeding your hungry vacationers.

Outside you will find a fully fenced yard, concrete walkways, a patio with a BBQ, outdoor furniture, deck with a new 8 person and hot tub.

The Cedarwood Retreat is exactly that: a retreat. It is very well appointed, everything you would need while away from home is there for your use. Plenty of towels, an iron and ironing board, all the kitchen basics. Every detail was thought of and much appreciated by our family who had traveled from California for a family wedding.

a little confusion while checking in and hard to get a hold of the owner...but once we were able to get inside, the place was perfect for us! Clean, pretty, great location, all amenities! Wifi went out at the end but worked most of the time. Thanks for a great stay!

Hidden Gem in downtown McMinnville

The pictures and description of the property do not do it justice. It is extremely roomy and well appointed. There is an upstairs living room/game room that is large and comfortable. The hot tub is large enough to hold 6 to 8 adults with room to spare. The kitchen has everything you need. Plus, the neighborhood is quiet and just a 12 min walk to the quaint downtown area of McMinnville with restaurants, wine tasting, shops, etc. Can’t say enough about this house!

The house is newly renovated/constructed spacious and comfortable. The house had all the essentials for a fantastic stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown McMinnville. We had a lovely wine tasting getaway and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed with my family here with family over Spring Break for 2 nights while we went to Wings and Waves and the museum. The hot tub was very nice, the place was spacious and very clean, and it’s walking distance to downtown which has great dining options. Great place
