Inside, this modern wine country retreat offers a spacious living room, full kitchen, and dining room. Entertain with help from WiFi and DVD. The charming getaway offers one full bath and three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, to accommodate six guests.

The vibrant downtown area is within blocks from home, offering fabulous tasting rooms like Elizabeth Chamber Cellars. Larger vineyards are within 11 miles including Archery Summit, Noble Pig, Sokol Blosser and more. The wine and food menus are nearly endless in this idyllic region. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice base for exploring McMinville

We stayed for a long weekend with another couple. It was a short drive to the wineries and an easy walk to all the restaurants in town. The place was clean and comfortable. The management was quick to respond to our questions via text. We were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic location just off Third Street. Large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that is nicely furnished and stocked. Highly recommend for both the comfort of the stay and the location. We've stayed 2x - and we'll be back!

This is a great property for couples coming to enjoy wine county. Easy to get to all nearby attractions. Quite location within walking distance to restaurants. Wifi could use an upgrade and kitchen is only modestly stocked.

The property was very nice, there are a lot of stairs to get into the apartment. So that could be an issue for some people. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the showers is in a tub and the handheld shower was confusing to use at first. Clean

Good space for area Wine Tasting trips

This is a nice clean apartment on the second floor of a business building. It was quiet and clean. Great for the renters who are gone all day and just need a place to sleep. No space to sit outside. No dining table so plan meals that are either eaten at the bar or go out! Good food in the area. Nice to have 3 King beds. Worked well for a couples wine tasting weekend.

Wonderful location!

The property was excellent for three couples to share. The main kitchen/sitting area was a great central location for everyone to hang out. It was clean and updated. Not to mention it was just a couple blocks from excellent coffee and food!
