I reserved an accessible room due to my needing to use a wheelchair. The room was over crowded with furniture, it made it almost impossible to move around. The bathroom door opened out into the room, so you have to move back between the fridge and bed to open it. The light switch was outside of the bathroom. The seat in the shower had black mold and rusty staples on the underside. The adjustable bar that holds the shower head was made of plastic and pulling away from the wall. The toilet was really low, too low for ADA standards and the sink was too high in addition to being in room rather than the bathroom. The only positives was the parking right outside our room, the front office staff and the breakfast. Would not stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Pink Lady Mansion. The staff was so knowledgeable, giving us a history lesson of the property and the Carson Mansion across the street. The property itself was being painted outside at the time, but the inside was fantastic. We stayed in the Turret Room and were in heaven. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were wonderful with a variety of shampoos, conditioners and lotions to choose from. There was a kitchen and small refrigerator to store our leftovers. Our stay was a perfect, peaceful ending to our crazy 2-week trip. Highly recommend!! Thank you SO much!! We will definitely be back. 💕

A clean and comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff. Pool was out of order and parking was extremely tricky with a full sized GMC truck. Electric chargers available for those who are foolish enough to need them. I would NOT park on the street in that area. Lots of suspicious walkers around. I would also definitely not leave anything visible and of value in your vehicle. Property posts waiver of liability signs to this effect.

From the outside this property looked awful, run down with peeling paint, trash everywhere, the bin overflowing, junked cars parked, some appearing not to be drivable. It was not at all a place I would choose. The pictures on the website presented a very different picture. Fortunately the office staff told us they were full and our reservation had been transferred to the Super 8 in Fortuna which was very nice and we appreciated being there.
