"The hotel was mostly used by construction workers. There was a goup sitting outside the entrance to rooms smoking pot and cigarettes. We turned the kids away only to see dirty underwear on the grass. The hotel worker followed us to the room to make sure we didn't have more people than we said. My husband assured him he was not staying. Same worker came back later to try and push into the room to see if my husband was still there. He wasn't which left me and my daughter feeling very vulnerable....

"The property itself was fantastic a lot of old school charm. We loved the aesthetic. Staff was super friendly! Hotel was great! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the community of vagrants in the town square right outside the hotel."

"I liked the check in process. It was very efficient. When you step into the office a person comes on a screen and basically does a Zoom call with you. The hotel room was clean. Beverly the housekeeper was amazing, super friendly and always there to help if you needed anything. The hotel has super fast WiFi. The Ice machine worked great and the shower was hot and had lot’s of water pressure. There is a Steakhouse and bar right next door that had great food. The minor issues that you might have...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room included 2 glasses of wine, The bartender made some great Mocktails for us as we do not drink alcohol, which was much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and gave good suggestions for dinner within walking distance, The location is not in the heart of the city but by the marina. There were a few homeless people in the area. The Breakfast Buffet was very good and we had a choice of extra hot dishes made to order. Very nice."

"rooms, towels and sheets were clean. staff was very helpful and friendly. ice maker was broken, workout room equipment needs some help- treadmill was stuck at an incline and the bikes were not easy to not able to be adjusted. breakfast was subpar, eggs were terrible (maybe it was just our luck that day) and less variety than you would think for a place like this, however they did have a make your own waffle option which is great for the kids. good enough for what you paid for overall though."
