When you’re ready for your next Northern California escape, this lovely home offers all that you need for comfort and convenience. One highlight of this property is the private gazebo where you will find formal and cozy furnishings and a BBQ grill, great for charred favorites and conversation. If you want to venture out, you’ll be a pleasant drive to Clam Beach, Moonstone Beach, and Trinidad State Beach all within eight miles of your home base. Redwood National Park is also nearby and roughly 26 miles away.

The open-concept design of this home provides room for all to enjoy. Get cozy in the living area that features comfortable furnishings, a wood-burning stove, and a TV-perfect for the ultimate movie nights. In the sparkling kitchen cook up your treasured dishes at the kitchen island where you can entertain guests, or join in the dining area where there is ample seating for the entire group. Upstairs, there is a desk space should you need to plug in. A washer/dryer is also provided for additional convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was nice, good location . Wonderful space . Only a couple draw backs cobwebs in the bedrooms all around the ceiling . The oner ahowed up twice. And stayed on property for several hours. . Very concering to me.

I tried to contact the owner about having one more guest but never receved an answer. Tryed using the text function and got nowere, so we where unable to add our guest. We are a family of 5 the listing said sleeps 6 dut there where only enough seeting for 4 in the living room. And we tried to barbecue the first night but the propane was empty. The house is also a duplex and I don't remember reading that in the discription. But it was peivit in a good location and a well equiped kitchen. Overall we loved our stay.

We enjoyed the property and the amount of available space for our family to hang out and relax in. Also it’s location was great because it was a short drive to the beach, surrounding towns and the Redwoods.

The house was beautifully furnished and very nicely equipped. The house seemed higher end for the neighborhood it is in, but we felt comfortable there and it was a great location for us.

Do not rely on Google maps to take you to the correct address. The street is split so it causes a lot of confusion. When we finally found the house we were pleasantly surprised. It’s brand new and very nicely stocked. Clean, comfortable and decorated very nice. We really enjoyed the backyard BBQ and fire pit. Very quiet neighborhood. If you open the windows at night you can hear the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.
