"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. The decorative touches throughout the cabin were really appreciated and made it feel warm and welcoming rather than just a rental. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out.The hot tub was a highlight, and the cabin was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We loved the seclusion while still being close to town, making it easy to get out and explore...
