Come escape to Fern Woods Cabin, our brand new build with modern details and all you need for a luxurious getaway in the woods! Our location is a short 10-20 minute drive from main attractions -Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Old Man's Cave, and Wineries, this cabin is a perfect place for a family to explore Hocking Hills. Nestled on 5 acres with 1 other cabin you'll be able to enjoy trails on the property as well. This cabin was designed with modern touches and a wall of windows to bring nature to you!

Our wall of windows is the hero of this cabin and the thing we hope makes you say "Wow!" when you walk in. Treat yourself to luxury in cabin form with soaring ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas fireplace, outdoor firepit, great outdoor decks, hot tub, and nature trails. The cabin is designed with an open floor plan for enjoying time together whether it's inside around the fireplace enjoying the view of nature or outside on the large decks on upper and lower level feeling the breeze brush past. You'll love the spacious master suite on the upper level complete with ensuite bathroom with tile shower and direct access to the deck from the room. A common area downstairs is perfect for games or a movie! The hot tub is located on the lower deck for a soak after your day of hiking. We also have nature trails throughout the 5-acre property that you are welcome to walk throughout your stay. Please be mindful of guests that may be staying at the other cabin nearby, you do have neighbors.
Guest access
Fern Woods is also available as a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath listing that accommodates up to 6 guests. This listing is for 1 bedroom/1.5 bath accommodating up to 2 guests. The downstairs bedrooms and bathroom will be locked. You will still have access to hot tub, shuffleboard, fire pit area and access to trails on the property.
Other things to note
Fern Woods and Fern Haven can be booked together if you'd like to have a larger group. Otherwise, please note that there is another cabin nearby that may have other guests. You may also run into other guests on the trails if you choose to hike on the property.

Vinton County requires a 6% lodging tax be paid for your stay.

Holiday weekends require a 3 night stay.
No Pets,
Check-in at 4pm check-out at 10am
You are solely responsible for any property damage during your stay.
Please do not flush anything down the toilets except toilet paper.
Please be respectful of neighboring cabin.
NO SMOKING means don't smoke in Cabin. If there is any smell of smoke of any kind,
there will be a minimum fee charge of $500.
Minimum booking age is 25.
No parties or events.
We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to your stay.
We require & pre-authorize a $250 refundable security deposit.
