"Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and...

"Its a nice place to stay. It was a reasonable price. Its close to good restaurants and easy access to the 35 so you can get to the bigger cities quickly. Two of the doors inside do not shut completely. They just dont latch. It wasn't a huge deal to us but it might be to some. Also two of the room are partial walls into the living and kitchen area. So if you want or need a lot of privacy this might not be the place for you. We didn't mind and the place was very clean and the decor was very cute....

"This loft is in a great location to explore Waxahachie! One block off the Square with several boutiques and restaurants close by. There is easy parking out in front of the building and the unit itself was so cute. Plenty of room in each of the rooms and the Yellow Rose neon sign as your walked in the front door was just the perfect touch. "

"Beautiful spacious clean apartment right on the square in downtown Waxahachie! The host was so helpful for our entire stay, replacing our tv remote within minutes of texting her about it. A few hours after we checked out, I realized I left a very sentimental and expensive necklace. She let us back in to the apartment, but we didn’t find it and the place had already been cleaned. So she checked with her cleaning service and they had found it and put it safely in the locked cleaning supply...
