"I understand that things break down, but the swimming pool was not open, but there was no discount on the rate when we got to our room the shower was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a soap bar in there that had not been taken out from the previous people that was in the room and we had no Kleenex. Those are small things but small things add up to big things anyway a little more detail to clean the rooms would be nice."
