"Team of staff are attentive, professional and helpful. Shirley sun from house keeping has kept our stay very comfortable. She provides excellent service. The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful — the hotel itself and the service were excellent. But what truly made the difference was the staff, especially Claire Huang at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with some online orders we needed to make. Every member of the team was amazing, but Claire really stood out. "My flight arrived after midnite via Terminal 1. After exiting Customs, I simply followed the signage arrows giving applicable direction to the hotel. You will need to exit the airport as the signage eventually ends, but you will see the walkway to the hotel at this point. Check-in was a breeze, and they even reminded me of the breakfast buffet included with my Expedia reservation. The buffet items were plentiful, and definitely worth the price to eat there should the breakfast perk not be...

"The property was hard to find in the night as the sign was quite small and our taxi driver did not know the place. However once we got there it was wonderful and had a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our room was also beautiful with a fantastic view. The breakfast was awesome and has spoiled us for the rest of our trip around China. Nowhere else has come close to it"
