The Building is a beautiful apartment located in a building labeled Heritage of the twentieth century, the Building Canebière. Located on the 7th floor on the famous Canebière, it offers a very nice view thanks to its 15 arched windows. Renovated, redesigned and tastefully equipped in 2022, while respecting the choices of architect Fernand Pouillon, it now offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay in Marseille. Located in the heart of Marseille, between the train station and the old port, all transport and shops are nearby, including the cinema of Art and Essay: The Varieties at the foot of the building or the market of Noailles and its oriental flavors.

Composition of the apartment:

The apartment has been renovated in respect of the choice of the architect (it is also open to the public for visits during the heritage days). It offers beautiful materials and supplies of choice combining quality products and choice of aesthetics and colors. The wood is obviously present with its 15 windows and its solid parquet.

The entrance of the apartment is in a bright hall serving on your left the bathroom with shower and the open kitchen. In front of you the living room and the dirty corner to eat. On your right a first bedroom.
From the living room you will access the 2nd bedroom.

From the apartment the view is magnificent with both Our Lady of the Guard, but also view of the surrounding architecture of the Canebiere.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor. Access is through 2 elevators located in the large entrance hall of the building . In case of breakdown a lift is available or the large stairs that allow a climb without too much effort.

Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access.

Location:

The canebiere, what a beautiful address! a song is even dedicated to it. Main artery leading to the Old Port it is one of the emblems of Marseille. It also allows you to quickly reach the Saint Charles station, the old port, or the district of the plain and the Cours Julien.

Transportation:
Saint Charles train station is a 5-minute walk away, the tram and metro are at the foot of the building.

In season, on the Vieux pOrt 5 minutes walk, the RTM’s marine shuttles also allow you to reach the Pointe Rouge, the Goudes or the Estaque.
