"The spa had no steam room. It only had a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. You have to pay extra for all other spa facilities that are advertised. The room was crawling with ants and 1 big cockroach. "They were incredibly friendly at the hotel and provided great service. The downside was that the air conditioning was very noisy, so it couldn’t be used during the night. The key cards were easily demagnetized, so they often didn’t work."

"Excellent, comfortable room. Nice view, very clean, staff very attentive. Food was excellent and some great vegan options. Only one pool open which meant it got taken over by kids in the school holiday time. Was fine before this."
