Enjoy a comfortable stay with modern amenities, a spacious living area, & the convenience of a sofa bed for extra guests. Explore the surroundings relax on the nearby beach, & savour delicious local cuisine.

A fully equipped kitchen is also available with super comfy BR, which in addition with the location of this serene place, makes it perfect for both short & longer term rentals.

Access to a communal POOL, WIFI and AC.

The Apartment is equipped with both air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi for your comfort and convenience.

The complex features a spacious pool, available for guests to enjoy from May through the end of September. Access to the pool is available for a daily fee of 9 Euros per person, offering a full day of relaxation.

Living Spaces| Our cozy living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. It features a comfortable sofa, ideal for lounging and watching TV after a day of exploring Marsaskala. The room is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows that offer a glimpse of the beautiful surroundings. You'll also find a sleek coffee table, perfect for enjoying a cup of Maltese coffee or planning your next adventure. The living room seamlessly connects to the dining area and kitchen, creating an open and inviting space for you and your fellow travelers to unwind and create lasting memories

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen including a cooker for preparing delicious meals, a dishwasher for hassle-free cleanup, a microwave for quick snacks, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to store your groceries and keep your drinks cold. With these amenities at your disposal, you'll have everything you need to whip up a gourmet feast or simply heat up leftovers.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.

Comfortable sofa bed can easily accommodate an additional 2 guests, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your convenience.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Getting around in Marsaskala and throughout Malta is a breeze, thanks to a variety of transportation options:

Public Buses: Malta has an extensive and affordable public bus network operated by Malta Public Transport. Buses connect Marsaskala to other towns and attractions across the island. The bus system is a convenient way to explore Malta's sights and culture.

Taxis: Traditional taxis are readily available, and you can easily hail one on the street or book through a local taxi service. Taxis are a comfortable option for short trips or when you prefer a direct, door-to-door service.

Ride-Sharing Apps: In addition to traditional taxis, you can also use ride-sharing apps like Bolt and Uber. These apps provide a convenient way to request rides and often offer competitive pricing.

Walking: Marsaskala is a pedestrian-friendly town, and many of its attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Exploring on foot allows you to soak in the local ambiance and discover hidden gems.

Renting a Car: If you want the freedom to explore Malta at your own pace, consider renting a car. Rental agencies are available, and driving in Malta is relatively straightforward, with well-maintained roads and clear signage.

With these transportation options at your disposal, you can easily navigate Marsaskala and venture out to explore the rest of Malta's captivating landscapes, historic sites, and vibrant culture.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

EXTRA NOTES:

Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we will find.

The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.
Hot Water:

General a red pole switch is available before entering the bathroom, this has to be left on at all times so you can have the heated water you deserve at your disposal !

Wifi:

Wifi is included in the price and always available in the apartment - Wifi boxes have the password, if changed you will see a notification in the welcome pack or you can always ask your checkin guide to make it that much easier !

Waste Schedule:

Locally we have rigorous waste schedules, waste have to go out within the time frame of the schedule or heavy fines will be made from the government - Please make sure you know the schedule before putting the things out, if not you may always ask us and will will give it to you. Note: Schedules are generally within the apartment.

AC:

Please make sure the AC remotes are set on the Cool/Warm depending what you wish for many times you can change the mode by mistake if this happens generally you will not have the desired result from the AC.
