"Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Nota di merito a Mido il nostro animatore di fiducia 😂. "Great location for snorkelling - house reef is in good condition. The reef is accessable from a hetty which is regulated by lifeguards who sign you in and out of the water for your safety as the water is generally quite rough. The reef inland is very shallow but great for novices and children to swim/snorkel safely. The hitel has activities throughout the day as well as evening entertainment. "Property is calming and beautifully designed, with a fabulous pool. Had a premium double room and it was large with a gorgeous view of the ocean with perfect daily sunrises. Staff were kind and helpful. Meals are slow, but that’s part of the charm. We also went shore diving with nearby Emperor Divers which was a bit disorganized but the dives were great. "

"Le rapport qualité/ prix est excellent. Tout le personnel est agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et bien nettoyée chaque jour. Le seul point négatif est le snorkelling qui n'est pas facilement accessible car il n'est pas situé dans une baie. Les fortes vagues rend diffile cette activité."

"Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."

"amazing. The staff is the highlight - always helpful and always cheerful. The house reef and lagoon are great (although the reef is clearly showing signs of climate change - far fewer fish and much less thriving corals). The massages are great. The gardens are outstanding. It's a real resort but not pretentious. I found it perfect. I extended my two-week stay for an extra two weeks! Very economical for the quality."

"Regarding pet policy . The dont let dogs on the beach but there is a Camel walking around , only for money . The said pets are welcome but do not let walk any area. "

"I would like to share with you the wonderful time we had over two weeks at the Jaz Riviera. I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. "The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense. We had a private pool with warm water very nice to enjoy private time. The FOOD; is not the best, a good variety and several restaurants but the quality is not the best but ok compared to the all inclusive price, just enough. Definitely recomended!! "
