Location is excellent as I am not fond of too many turns to get from point A to point B and this property was ideal for everywhere I needed to get to and was, pretty much, a straight shot to everywhere I needed to go. Communication with the property Manager was on-point and immediate. The property was FULLY stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, fridge, dish towels, everything! "This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would."

"The host was very responsive during booking and upon arrival. I had an issue with A/C and he addressed it quickly.
