"Super stay, extremely comfortable room and delicious breakfast."

"Nice quiet area and nice neighbors and lovely house with fully amenities for the accommodation and close to city centre and football ground and university nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to inner ring road and outer ring road and close to motorway northbound southbound and eastbound"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Jasmine House. Our room was lovely. Much more spacious than anticipated, the bathroom was very nice as well. The host let us use the fridge in the main kitchen to store a few items which was helpful as well. The location is wonderful, easily walkable to great dining options and some nice little shops. Highly recommend!"

"Tuve que realizar un viaje de negocios a Leicester durante 3 dias. Al llegar me di cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen baños propios, sino que son compartidos y se encuentran cerca de las habitaciones en el mismo pasillo. "Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect...

"Great location for us (friends in Denford) Beverley (the owner) was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little greasy for me. Quite a heavy farm smell in the morning."

"Nice pub and garden, great stay."

"Well kept accommodation in a quiet location, even on a Saturday night! Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and well equipped, and parking was no trouble at all."

"We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally. The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully prepared and laid out. We would love to return if we are lucky enough to do so. True gem!!! Suzie and Wes from Oregon."

"I put on weight due to the superb food and helpful staff. Cannot critisise at all"
