The room was clean, the staff need training but super nice most of the time. The main dinning room food was outstanding but the “reservation” restaurants, both, left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, everything was great, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff, especially Liliana, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The only issue we experienced was that the electricity went out every night, about 3 to 4 times. Each outage caused a lot of noise when the power came back on, which made it very difficult to sleep. It would be a great improvement if the property had an emergency backup power system for guests to avoid these repeated interruptions during the night. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.
