"This place was huge and GREAT for the price. Very accommodating, though it was pretty empty. In general, the house needs updates, but everything worked fine. Seemed like there was only a few people that stayed there before us. Pet-friendly, big group friendly and great host. Thanks so much for letting us stay here! "

"The apartment was newly renovated and clean, although can improve floor cleaning. The place has essential supplies, not an actual kitchen. I appreciated mew washer and dryer in basement location. The place doesn't has hair dryer. I wish some improvement with hallway lighting at the entry way, since it was very dark even during day time. It took us a while to get acquainted with the neighborhood. The location was good, proximity to Buffalo center and convenient to get things done and well...

"We had a very nice stay with only a couple minor bugaboos. The place has a tankless water heater, which required blasting the water in the sinks for it to activate. Otherwise you'll only get cold water. Sort of related, the steam from the shower managed to set off the smoke alarms one of the nights, which caused a minor panic. But overall, it was a very nice place to stay. "

"I found the apartment to be very clean and accurate to the listing. The kitchen is equipped yet if you plan on cooking I recommend bringing your own spices! The amenities in the bathroom were above and beyond! All I really needed to pack was my toothbrush, paste, and shaving stuff! The complimentary bottle of local wine and gift card to Tim Horton was a nice touch! Great access for TV watching too! The mattress was a bit soft for my liking and there was no closet in the 2nd bedroom if you are...
