The Terrace House - in the heart of Margaret River (dog-friendly).

The Terrace House is the perfect place to base yourself while exploring the South West region.
Enjoy the best of Margaret River from this conveniently located townhouse. Walk less than 200 metres to the start of the beautiful trail network through the forest and along the river. Walk two minutes in the other direction and you are in the vibrant shopping and cafe strip of Margaret River. You won't need your car - keep it locked securely in our undercover parking with remote garage door control.

With three toilets, this is the ideal house for small groups. We also have three bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two generous sized levels. The private downstairs Master Suite features a walk in wardrobe, queen size bed, ensuite and a cosy reading couch. Upstairs are two bedrooms -both with built in wardrobes. These rooms share a bathroom with generous shower room and a separate toilet.Bedroom two has a comfortable Queen size bed, while Bedroom three has a Queen bed which can be converted into a twin room with 2 single beds (ideal for the kids if they don't want to share a bed).

Linen and bath towels are provided with your stay. Just bring a beach towel if you plan to visit some of the region's famous bays.

The modern open plan living area features an comfy leather lounge to relax in front of the television. A selection of books and magazines are provided for you to enjoy during your stay. We have FREE WI-FI available for guests and NETFLIX

There is a dining table for six, or for casual dining there is the kitchen bar with locally made Marri bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create a gourmet meal - including chef knives and a selection of spices and oils

Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay (please keep them off the beds and furniture) - we even provide an outdoor bed and water bowl. Our small sunny courtyard is secure to safely leave your pets - and there are great dog-walking trails nearby. The courtyard includes an outdoor fire (chiminea), a Weber BBQ and comfortable seating so you can enjoy the sunshine.
You can enjoy the Terrace House the whole year round as we have reverse cycle air conditioning and a cosy wood fire stove, with firewood provided. Our cleaning team have been trained and certified in infectious disease control cleaning

Absolutely beautiful house , welcoming with beautiful setup, luxurious amenities and very well equipped with anything you need for either cooking , relaxing and feeling good . From moment we walk in and welcoming note with lovely bottle of wine and chocolates to the end was just beautiful.Host was amazing with communication, very friendly and welcoming . Location is superb and definitely cant ask for better central position. We loved our stay and was one of best so far and we will be back . Cheers

Great stay in a perfect location!We really enjoyed our stay here — the house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a great coffee machine, and we loved using the Weber BBQ outside. The wood-burning stove in the lounge made it extra cosy in the evenings. The location was perfect too, nice and close to town but still peaceful and relaxing.The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated!We didn’t bring our two pups this time, but they would have absolutely loved it here — it’s a very pet-friendly spot. We’d definitely recommend this place to friends and would happily stay again!

We loved our stay. Super convenient location. Walking distance to main strip, coffee shops and supermarket. The place was clean well kept and welcoming, it didn’t feel like a hotel it had a homely feel to it. The fire was an added bonus. Only downfall was that the previous guests flooded the main bedroom which made it inhabitable. There were trades coming and going, and loud air dryers going the entire time we were there. Totally out of the owners control and such a terrible thing to happen for them. We still enjoyed our stay regardless and the owners were great to deal with, and were extremely apologetic about the whole situation. Would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous in Margaret River

Wow, what a great spot! Comfortable, well decorated, fully stocked kitchen with the little things like oil and spices, welcome bottle of wine. Really comfortable bed and linens, very useful laundry with detergent, etc etc.We especially enjoyed the courtyard and chiminea at the end of the day. Firewood provided.Walkable to the main street, restaurants and the incredible Margaret River bakery.100% recommend and eagerly would stay again.
