The kitchen centres around a generous island bench, complemented by quality appliances and a walk-in pantry that makes entertaining and everyday dining equally effortless. Nearby, the dining area provides a welcoming setting for group meals, while the fireplace adds warmth and ambience throughout the cooler seasons.



The wraparound covered deck provides multiple zones for entertaining and relaxing, from alfresco dining overlooking the lawns to a dedicated lounge setting positioned to enjoy the surrounding greenery. Beyond the deck, gravel paths wind through rows of citrus, apple, and olive trees, while the fire pit creates an inviting setting for evening drinks beneath the stars. The outdoor bathtub and shower provide a private wellness retreat surrounded by nature, encouraging moments of stillness and a deeper connection to the laid-back country living.

The second and third bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual entry, complementing the home's family-friendly layout.



A separate laundry with a washer and dryer, along with driveway parking for up to four vehicles, adds ease and practicality to longer stays.

The Neighborhood:

Set in a peaceful rural setting, this property places you within easy reach of everything the Margaret River region is known for. The town centre is just a ten-minute drive away, where you can browse boutique shops and galleries or settle in for a meal at popular local favourites including La Scarpetta Trattoria, Swings & Roundabouts, Morries and El Toro. The coast is equally close, with Gnarabup Beach and Surfers Point within an eight-minute drive, offering opportunities for swimming, coastal walks and watching surfers tackle one of Australia's most celebrated breaks.



Wine lovers are spoiled for choice, with acclaimed cellar doors such as Voyager Estate, Cape Mentelle and Leeuwin Estate all a short drive away from your stay. Families can spend an afternoon at A Maze'N Margaret River, around 12 minutes from the property, where a giant hedge maze, mini golf and friendly farm animals provide entertainment for all ages.

Parking: There are four free parking spots available in the driveway.



Airport: Approximately 1 hour by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: Please note that there are no public transport options available nearby.
