Room was fantastic with the only caveat that our room was on the sixth floor and hot water and water pressure was inconsistent. On two days we had to forgo showering because there was no hot water. Friends of ours that stayed on the third floor reported no such issues so we suspect that this may only be a problem on the top floor. Staff was very apologetic and knocked our bill down a bit. There is plenty of room in there, the bathroom is decently sized and there is a small fridge and K-cup coffee maker in the room. "The room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival as we found trash from the previous guest under the sink and makeup handprints on the bathroom door. When our room was cleaned, they didn’t replenish hand soap or with enough towels for two people needing to shower minimally twice daily in New Orleans heat. "The pool is small but a good spot to just hang out and cool off. The hotel is walking distance to all the cool spots like Bourbon, Decatur, Canal. Super close to Cafe du Monde in Jackson Square. Simple fruit, pancakes or waffles, yogurt, cereal and coffee breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here. "

Rooms were clean, comfortable and very well cooled during the hot summer days and the bathroom was spacious with a llgreat shower.
