The apartment is located in a small complex of 6 units just 50 meters away. of the enchanting beach of Bagno, each with a private uncovered parking space.

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and is accessed by an external staircase that leads directly onto the large terrace for exclusive use, approximately 25sqm, where there are the access doors that lead into the living room and kitchen. On the terrace there are table and chairs for eating outside. The French windows lead to the living area where we find a corner sofa, (if necessary it transforms into a double bed that can accommodate two people), dining table and kitchen. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a corridor, on the right we find the two newly renovated bathrooms, on the left the double bedroom and at the end the twin bedroom. In the bedroom with two single beds there is a French door which leads to a small courtyard of the property.

The Bagno beach is a delightful pebble beach located just down the road from the house. It is a free beach without any type of service, usually quite quiet even in the busiest periods. From the gate of the property, cross the road and take the path (about 30m, 20m of long concrete steps and then about 20 steps), which descends to the sea. Il Bagno, where the apartments are located, is about 2.5 km from Marciana Marina, where you can find everything you need, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. as well as two beaches equipped with pebbles, small stones. Going in the opposite direction, however, you will find the Paolina beach at about 2Km, a small equipped sandy beach with descent to the sea along a path, Spartaia at about 2.5Km, a small equipped sandy beach next to that of the Desireè hotel, and finally the beach of Procchio at about 3km, a large equipped sandy beach, with parking and all services from jet skis to restaurants, etc. In Procchio you will also find some food shops, newsagent's, restaurants etc.

The cost of final cleaning is 70 euros and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Bed linen is not included, it can be rented at a cost of 15 euros per person (with one week's notice).
