"Clean room excellent and helpful staff location is right near the train station if you are looking for a quaint room on a budget this is your location. I am a vegetarian so we ate away from the hotel for breakfast due to lack of options market and restaurants near thank you staff for a wonderful stay it was much appreciated!! Also we could store our things for the day after check out …BONUS LOVE MACHU PICCHU!!!"

"We enjoyed a comfortable room. It was clean and tidy. The view outside from the balcony room is beautiful, overlooking the river and small park. We were missing water bottles in the room and they were able to help us right away. The staff member who was helping during breakfast was very friendly and everything was delicious at the breakfast buffet. We recommend the fruits, specifically the mango, and the croissant!"

"Es un hotel solamente para dormir antes de ir subir a machu picchu. Destaco la cortesia y amabilidad de Mari la persona que nos hizo el check inn, es un 10 de 10. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la relación precio calidad es muy aceptable Lo negativo es que el cuarto, solamente tiene una silla y perchero. Aparte que en nuestra habitación se escuchaba todo pero bueno era dormir descansar pocas horas porque al día siguiente teníamos que despertar 530 am"

However, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell throughout our stay, making it very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room also felt worn and below standard. "Conveniently located. The elevator was out of service, but we didn’t mind walking up to the third floor. We stayed one night; the hotel is close to the main street and the train station. The best part was the staff, he welcomed us in the train station and walked us to the hotel. No wi-fi."

"The hotel was good. The room was big and comfortable. Hot shower and well located very close to the train station, shops and restaurants. The only negative thing was the noise from outside but maybe there’s no escape being in that area - the train passes in front of the hotel."

"The room was very cold and not prepared for guests. Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater. And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!"

Nos dieron otra habitación que olía espantosamente a humedad. Me tuve que regresar al cuarto con luz. Difícil descansar."

"Internet was a bit spotty at times, but good enough to stream videos. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and respectful,l. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The restaurant in front can get noisy at night after people start drinking. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers. The blackout drapes are nice, and hot water runs without any issues. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby and you can skip all the stores if you walk on the outside street next to the hotel."
