Our Villa Calicanto is something special. It’s our little secret paradise on the beautiful island where we live, Sardinia: we hope it will be a special place for you, too. Welcome to a welcoming home with a green heart, just a short walk from the bluest sea!
You’ll relax in the magical light, tranquility, and comfort of a luxurious home that respects both you and the incredible Mediterranean environment that surrounds you: the nearby Cannesisa Beach with its crystal-clear, turquoise waters!

Our Villa EST offers all the comforts of home in an intimate, fully furnished setting located right on the coast. It faces the pool side: it is located on the right side of the complex, and its veranda and balcony open directly onto the pool, next to a 400-year-old olive tree. It shares the pool, garden, and gazebo with the other villas, while maintaining its own independence and privacy.

Interior Spaces

On the first floor is a living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped with a small refrigerator with a mini-freezer, a microwave, 4 gas burners, and all the necessary cooking utensils. (If you love to cook, you’ll recognize our special vegetable knife, which prevents oxidation!)
There’s also a barbecue in the garden, perfect for dinners under the stars in Torre—and I can assure you that at night, everyone turns into a serial barbecue enthusiast!

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms:

the first with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the pool
the second, smaller one, with two single beds.
Each can accommodate up to two people. Each floor has its own full bathroom with a comfortable shower. An additional outdoor shower is located near the pool, perfect for cooling off before a dip.

Who Can Stay

The villa is perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children). A fifth guest can be accommodated if they are a child under 3 years old: a crib and high chair are available for them.

Location: Torre delle Stelle
Villa EST is located in Torre delle Stelle, about 35 minutes from Cagliari. Located on the coast, it offers the chance to swim, surf, fish, or simply read a book in the sun on some of Sardinia’s (and the world’s!) most beautiful beaches, all within a 15- to 30-minute drive. You can explore the many facets of the city of Cagliari, go on hikes in the Sette Fratelli Nature Reserve, or simply enjoy the simple luxury of relaxing at home, in a place that nourishes both body and spirit.

Guest Access
Our oasis of peace is part of an exclusive private eco-residence consisting of 4 villas: Villa Calicanto. Built with care, respect, and love for nature, Villa EST is one of the two villas overlooking the pool. The complex features a shared pool and a large, lush garden with olive trees.

There is maximum flexibility in the use of common areas, but each villa enjoys its own privacy and autonomy. The residence is just 350 meters from Cannesisa Beach: in 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the sea and breathe in the fresh, salty air of the Mediterranean.

At Villa Calicanto, we live sustainably and comfortably. We’re committed to providing a vacation that’s gentle on the environment and enjoyable for you:

Recycle regularly and buy products with minimal or recyclable packaging
Limit car use: walk whenever possible and drive during off-peak hours
Choose local products, food, and activities
Turn off appliances when you leave
Take advantage of the home’s passive features (close the curtains to maintain the temperature; open them to let in light and heat)
Minimize the use of heating and air conditioning as much as possible
Wash dishes and do laundry only when the machine is full, preferring eco-friendly cycles
Take short, mindful showers
Use water and toilet paper (biodegradable) responsibly
Do not flush anything other than eco-friendly toilet paper down the toilet: we provide special bags for this purpose.
