"Kitchen was dirty, beds not made, no clean towels, we had to vacuum the carpet. The code we received did not work, had to call support and after a long wait we received another code. It took another hour for support to contact owner about sheets and towels! Owner did apologize and brought clean sheets and towels. It really only sleeps 6 comfortably - the air mattress went flat in the night. Found another that did stay inflated. Texted the owner but no response regarding mattress pads for...
