Bring your surfboards, pack up the family and come and explore this beautiful area with it's many hidden crystal clear beaches and the lush bush land of the surrounding National Park. It is truly the best kept secret on the south coast.

Soak in the sun and listen to the sound of crashing waves and singing birds on our Indonesian daybed, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that offer privacy and comfort in a relaxed, tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Manyana House boasts 3 generous bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers a king size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the third room has 2 single beds. Quality linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen (complete with Nespresso coffee machine) and living area is open plan and equipped with modern appliances, a surround sound stereo and free Wifi for your enjoyment.
We live in the neighbourhood so we are available to help you throughout your stay. Communication can be via phone, email, text, or whatever most suits you!

Whether it is a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend away or a fun-filled holiday with the kids you're after, Manyana is the place to go! Located approximately 200kms south of Sydney, Manyana's numerous beaches provide sheltered swimming and snorkelling for families, and world class waves for the dedicated surfer. Manyana Beach and Bendalong is excellent for surfing, and there’s easy access to Inyadda Beach and Cunjoring Point which makes a visit to Green Island a breeze. The island is a classic surfing spot with waves giving up to 50 metre rides with the occasional barrel. Rock and beach fishing is also popular, or launch the boat at Cunjurong or Lake Conjola. Don't forget your tennis rackets! Manyana has 2 tennis courts and a basketball court in walking distance from the house, as well as a concrete half pipe for keen skaters.
If you’re feeling like you just need to escape and unwind, take a walk and a deep breath of clean fresh air along one of the pristine beaches. Manyana is surrounded with natural bushland with many bushwalking options and is close to Berringer Lake, Lake Conjola and Bendalong so there’s always somewhere to swim, surf, fish or relax. There are small general stores at both Bendalong and Cunjurong Point for essential supplies (and a liquor store).
If you feel like venturing out for the day, Huskisson and Jervis Bay are only a 30 minute drive for shopping and numerous cafe and fine dining options. Alternatively, travel south to Milton for more shopping and cafe options or to Mollymook where you can book yourself a relaxing massage at Bannisters Day Spa.
We try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide a few essentials to get you through the first few nights, including toilet paper, a fresh dish cloth, dishwashing powder, washing powder, garbage bags, soap and body wash and some cleaning supplies.
The house has ceiling fans, a gas heater and a fully equipped kitchen.
We also offer free Wifi.
Our house is in a beautiful quiet area and we have a great relationship with all of our neighbours. Please be respectful of our neighbours and limit noise after 10pm.
Please note, the house caters for a maximum of 6 guests. Additional guests are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted by the host.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited and only those guests stipulated on booking are welcome in the house.
'Schoolies' are not permitted
Checkout Procedure - Departure
Checkout: 10am
The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
1. Please empty all rubbish and dispose of in the outside rubbish bins. Please also empty the fridge and dishwasher to avoid additional cleaning fees. If you are checking out on a Monday, please put out the red/yellow lidded bin/s out on the street ready for collection.
2. The BBQ must be cleaned after use and the kitchen must be left clean (including but not limited to the oven), otherwise additional cleaning charges will be applied.
3. Please report any spills or breakages. We would also appreciate you letting us know if you have had to switch the gas bottle.
4. Please ensure the oven, all lights, ceiling fans, and the heater are switched off before leaving.
5. Please ensure ALL windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving.
6. Please bring in scatter cushions from the outside daybed.
7. Loss - the host takes no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these rules may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
