This holiday home has modern decor and expansive spaces for all the family to enjoy their down time.

The combined dining, lounge room and kitchen afford modern conveniences and ceiling fans. There is sunbeam espresso machine and also a espressotoria pod machine.

Enjoy an evening of watching the surf whilst cooking up a gourmet meal using the gas BBQ on the undercover alfresco area.

On the upper floor is a master bedroom with walk in robe and en suite, along with a second bedroom with additional bathroom with a shower and corner bathtub and separate toilet.

Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

On the lower floor is a games room with arcade games and pool table.

There is three bedrooms on the ground floor and a laundry which contains a bathroom with another shower and toilet.

Bed linen and towels provided.

The garage is accessible through the roller door or internal access to store boards and bikes.

Gas heating on both levels of house.

Play tennis at the local tennis courts, a family game of basket ball or soccer at the oval (but must bring own gear) For the more adventurous the skate ramp might be your scene.

Enjoy shopping, cafes and restaurants in Milton or Ulladulla and try out the local cinema, bowling alley or skirmish on non beach days.

No pets allowed.

Riddled with issues

The property is managed by a third party who have their own overly bureaucratic administrative processes from start to finish. Too many do’s and don’ts which will frustrate any renter. Be warned they will take your deposit without authorisation or request you deposit into their bank account instead of holding it by a 3rd party (bank). The property itself though generally nice hasn’t been well maintained and needs some TLC. All the dishes were filthy and had to be washed before use, which was compounded by the lack of cleaning supplies. Broken pool cues, cracks in the table-tennis table were just a few issues we encountered. The property manager was helpful though when we requested further cleaning supplies, however felt this could become an issue if they are not available. We feel more could have been done, like linen supplied for the price we paid for our short trip.

Perfect Location

So close to the beach. Stock up on groceries to cook at home as restaurants are a long drive. 5 mins to get cafe style coffee and food.

Fabulous

Our large extended family loved our time here. The house was well appointed in every way, perfectly clean and tidy, warm and inviting and conveniently located near Manyana Beach. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay, property was bright and clean. Had fun playing pool, with a great balcony to enjoy each others company while BBQing. Location was perfect, close to the beach and in a nice quiet area.

Excellent group house

We stayed as a group of 4 different couples. Although the weather for our week away wasn't great for the beach, the house had so much to do we didn't get bored at all. Comfortable beds all round and plenty of room for all within walking distance of the local beach.

Amazing house! Amazing location!

Everything about this property was amazing! The games room kept the kids (and adults) occupied for hours when the weather wasn’t nice. And on the sunny days the beach was just at the end of the road. The house had everything you could want and more!

Fantastic getaway

We had an amazing time staying in Manyana. The house is huge and well equipped with everything you could need. All the games and activities in the house were great but we hardly got to use them as we spent most of our time explore the stunning area. Would definitely stay again!
