Great short getaway

Great property, clean and refreshed. Fantastic view (even though there are houses everywhere that you don't see on the listing photos). We probably will come back.The only thing that I would think about isThe check out process, it is a bit cumbersome and requires a lot from the guests, taking into account the price.

amazing vacation home!

Our family of 4 (kids 14 & 11) had a fantastic time at this house. We stayed 7 nights, and honestly could have stayed 7 more. The house was very well stocked; it had everything from a vitamix to plush towels to marshmallow roasting sticks, to board games...literally everything. (note to manager, the only thing we didn't find were outdoor wine glasses; that would be an awesome addition). The house is in easy walking distance to several wineries (all of which are kid friendly); the view is phenomenal, the home is spacious and well appointed. We had a horrific year and we wanted a vacation where we could be together as a family, relax, have fun, and rest; this house was perfect. Literally the only thing that could make this house better is a hot tub, but, hey, no one's perfect, LOL! We will definitely be back!

This beautiful home was equiped with everything you need - the kitchen was huge with a wonderful island to gather many people. We could sit at the pool and look at the view for hours. Gorgeous!

Awesome Stay Last Week of Sept

We absolutely loved staying here for our end of summer getaway. The house was spacious, clean and full of amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and check in/check out was super easy. The pool/outdoor patio was perfect for four adults and two toddlers to play all week. Will definitely return!

Just Right

Everything we needed was there, just as advertised. The place was generally clean and appropriately stocked. The privacy and serenity was only interrupted by local construction and the security cameras overlooking the pool. An otherwise stunning home with all the comforts and Beautiful views and Artwork!

Best VRBO ever!

I've stayed at my fair share of VRBO rentals all across the PNW (10+) and this hands downs was one of my favorite houses and locations. We got lucky with a gorgeous 80 degree weather week and were able to enjoy the pool (with my 4 year old), use the spacious kitchen to cook meals, and after a long day in the sun sit on the patio, watch the stars and drink a glass of wine with a fire pit. The interior of the house was decorated great, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for 2 families. All around relaxing trip and will 100% be back again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property but with some issues

The property itself was beautiful, with an amazing view of Lake Chelan. The pictures gave an accurate representation of what the property had to offer. However, our stay was flawed for a few reasons. 1. Property Manager showed up without a mask - in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we rented a Vacation Rental primarily to minimize interactions with those outside our immediate family. We would've thought anyone operating a business in the current climate would bias towards the safety of their customers and clients. So we thought that it was strange that the property manager would show up at the property without wearing a mask. 2. Those with dog allergies beware - Our daughter has been tested and has allergic reactions when in contact with dogs/dog dander (coughing + red itchy eyes). When booking the property, we were under the impression that that this wouldn't be an issue at this property given one of the "House Rules" was no pets. However, through this incident, it was revealed to us that the rule only applies to guests. The owner brings their dog to stay at the property. We felt very little sympathy for us during this situation, and unfortunately, we ended up having to thoroughly vacuum the carpeted area in the master (oddly picking up a significant amount of dust in the process when the house was just cleaned). 3. Service Technicians showed up before checkout time - We made a last minute decision to invite our family members to the vacation rental, without checking the max occupancy. Unfortunately, we exceeded the max occupancy of 8 by 3 children (all 5 and under). We spoke to the owner and agreed to pay double the cleaning fee. By paying the significant increase, we expected that the remaining stay would be smooth. Unfortunately, during the morning of the check-out, several service technicians showed up (none with masks) 1-2 hours before our scheduled check-out to start doing the work to turnaround the house for the next guests (ex: pool cleaning). When we compare this to a stay at a hotel, we would not expect anyone to come into our room until we've checked out (out of respect for our privacy until we were expected to be out of the room). So again, we found this to be odd and asked the technicians to return when we've checked out. All in all, a breathtaking property, but a few issues during the stay that made it not as comfortable as we would've liked.

Serene Retreat

I can’t even put into words what an amazing experience staying in this beautiful vacation home was for our family! The house, pool and yard were exceptionally clean, spacious and perfectly decorated and stocked with everything you might need! It is very private, has an incredible panoramic view, and it was a perfect retreat for all of us! The gourmet kitchen was a dream to cook in, and every single appliance, decoration and feature are luxury grade! We’ll definitely be back!

Relax on the Reserve

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home at the top of the Chelan Reserve with views to match the experience. Traveling with our grown son, his wife and toddler, we found the house was perfectly laid out for our group. Fully stocked, not wanting for anything. The pool was perfect to relax, enjoy both some quiet and not so quiet moments. Appreciated the stock of yard games and pool floats for our lazy afternoons and proximity to wineries made it easy to explore some of the best of Chelan. The only thing I would change is staying longer! We look forward to our next visit!

June2020 Family Stay

The house was amazing and we had a great time. It was very clean, had tons of amenities and the location + view was terrific. The only negative was the timing of the yard and pool services. We stayed 6 days and had the pool cleaned 2 times while we were there, both mid morning which interrupted prime swim time. The yard service also happened at dinner time on the 4th night which delayed our plans a bit but I understand those things needing to get done so overall it was a great time. I would recommend changing the timing to early morning for both to not impact guests. We would recommend this place for sure.

Such an amazing property! We unfortunately had clouds and rain all weekend so had to be indoors most of the time. Fortunately the home was beautifully designed and had incredible views so we didn’t mind being indoor all weekend! We’re already talking about a trip back to this property and recommending it to friends!

AMAZING

Had a great time!

Beautiful location with an amazing view! We wish we could have stayed even longer than the week we were there. The house felt brand new and had top of the line appliances throughout and included a sound system that was easy to connect to through Bluetooth on our phones, allowing us to play music in any part of the house and on the patio. The pool was definitely a highlight - perfect temperature, clean and well situated for full sun exposure for most of the day. The only minor thing to note is that there was no heads up given to us about the days when lawn and pool maintenance would be at the house to work so we were surprised by work crews showing up, however they worked quickly and were nice. All in all, a great experience and we would absolutely stay there again in the future.
