In winter, take the easy 45 min drive to Mt Buller and spend a day on the slopes. Or alternatively, keep cosy indoors, relaxing on the comfortable couch by the crackling of the wood fire reading a book, watching a movie or sipping on a glass of the finest local red wines.

*IMPORTANT TO NOTE: There is access to the lake about 500 meters from the house. Can launch at 50% capacity. HOWEVER, the driveway down to the lake is very steep with tight turns and so may not be suitable for all boats and cars.
There is a public boat ramp close by at the corner of Paps Lane and Ford Drive (Reardon Reserve)
