"This is a lovely boutique hotel. The owners have taken a lot of care to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The decor is beautiful with lovely art work throughout. The bathroom was up-to-date and very clean. Our dinner at the restaurant was fantastic and the wait staff were attentive and fun. The photo is the view from our hotel room. "Wetherly Inn has been the highlight of my stay on Salt Spring Island. It is a beautifully crafted, family run but very sophisticated luxury boutique hotel. Very secluded and romantic both the room and the gardens/pool etc., so much that the hotel is the best choice for romantic couples I believe. It gave me the chance to rest and take a refuge from the busy daily life as a solo traveler. "Quiet, restful and just the island retreat we needed. The host was excellent and there if we needed anything. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom well equipped with anything me might have needed. The deck had a great view looking east to Galiano Island. The house is 13 minutes from Ganges and we regularly saw deer beside the road close to the house."
