"Like everyone has noted - the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance: marina, beach area, parks, and downtown. The house is very nice and well kept up. It had everything we needed….even a choice between a Keurig or drip coffee maker. Be advised that this is an older house but it has obviously been updated. (There are ample outlets in plain view to charge all your devices.) Also it was very clean. If I get to Ludington again - I would definitely rent this house again....

"The location is perfect for hiking, kayaking, biking and just being outdoors. The house itself is comfortable, roomy and accommodated 4 adults and one dog quite comfortably. The view from the patio is striking, overlooking the Betsie and lots of wildlife especially in the spring with many birds nesting including trumpeter swans. Really nice. It was our 4th time staying here and we hope to return in the fall. It is very nice indeed!"

"This spacious home with a huge, quiet, well-kept front and back yards was perfect for our family group and puppy. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy relaxing. Fire pit and charcoal grill were great additions. There was a gigantic turkey who entertained us morning and evening with his strut."

"We rented a pontoon for the week on Tippy Dam Pond and stayed in this home with our daughter and our two dogs. The home is decorated with cabin decor and the kitchen has everything that you need. The cabin was warm in cool weather and cool when the temperatures started to climb. The washer and dryer worked very well, and we were able to pack less things from home. We were sad when it was time to go home and leave this nice home, neighborhood and recreation area."

"Guys golf-weekend for four of us. 15 minutes from Arcadia Bluffs and 15 minutes from a grocery store, pizza place and small town. Cooked some meals in a well supplied kitchen and great Weber Grill. Local products offered like FRESH eggs, honey and sugars made/farmed from the owners across the driveway. Very nice people and pleasant to talk to the one time we did. Beds were all very comfortable very clean all around! Would recommend and come back."

"The property was spotless, which is a must for me, the front porch was the perfect place to spend a morning, or afternoon, or evening for that matter. So close to the water, it made it easy to go to watch the sunset over the lake. The owner was very easy to deal with, so much so that I would stay here again in the future. Overall a perfect place to spend a few days."

"Property was clean and as described. The only thing to be cautious about is the uneven floors between rooms and high tub walls without grab handles if mobility is an issue. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
