"Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. "

"Management responsive however lacked basic supplies in kitchen as well as cleaning supplies in bathrooms and kitchen. 5 adults over 65 stayed here. Lots of stays all over so base on experience. "

"Host: Great communication, easy check in.Cleanliness: The apartment needs some TLC. The bathtub has blue stains, there were no bathroom towel racks (just holes where they used to be), and in general the pictures online seem to be enhanced/docotored to make the apartment seem more upscale than it actually is. Pros: security at entryway, dog friendly, location. cons: For this price point I have stayed at comparatiavely better quality rentals. However, it got the job done and was what I needed for...
