The Double D cabin awaits your next adventure! Offering spacious accommodations inside the newly renovated cabin. Cozy up in front of the beautiful stone fireplace, with a steaming hot cup of joe from the coffee bar. Or play a game of bags inside the heated/cooled Party Barn, that serves as a great spot for gatherings and inside storage for all of your toys!
You will find restaurants, golf courses, snowmobile trails and ATV trails and so much more! Enjoy all four seasons at The Double D!
The space
The Double D has three guest bedrooms.
The first bedroom offers a King size bed, 2 cedar dressers, your own private on suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, cedar chest of drawers and closet with luggage stand.
The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and spacious closet with luggage stand.
The second and third bedrooms will share the newly remodeled bathroom that features a tiled stand-up shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a queen size futon in the living room for additional sleeping.

The kitchen is stocked with most all of your cooking needs-pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, dishes, paper and plastic wear and toaster.
We have also added a brand-new Coffee bar. This offers guests the option of a Keurig or a traditional coffee maker. We have stocked the coffee bar with both prefilled Folgers coffee filters and Dunkin Donut K-cups. You will also find coffee creamer, sugar and flavored syrup!

In the main living area, you will find a massive, plush sectional to cozy up on in front of the stone, gas fireplace and flat screen television.

The party barn has all your needs to enjoy a little fun on your getaway with a 14-foot granite wet bar, additional couch and recliner seating area, 2 flat screen televisions, table and chairs for cards or games, a third full bathroom and laundry room that features a second full size refrigerator.
There is also, plenty of room and high enough ceilings to play Cornhole inside the barn!! Both boards and bags are provided.

On the opposite side of the Party Barn area, there is a garage side that has industrial rubber mats, perfect for parking snowmobiles, dirt-bikes, atvs or motorcycles inside and out of the elements.

The Double D Cabin is located inside the beautiful Northern Michigan community of Lakes of the North. Its situated perfectly allowing our guests to enjoy all four seasons that Michigan has to offer.

Deer Run golf course is located just minutes away from the cabin, inside Lakes of the North, and is known for its meticulously maintained fairways and greens. Love the Pure Michigan Snow? The cabin is located directly across the street from some of Michigan's finest trails. Our average snowfall is over 150 inches, providing the perfect starting point for the winter sports enthusiast!

Fun in the sun calling your name? The Double D cabin is only a 30-minute drive to the crystal-clear shoreline of Torch Lake, where you can relax in the warm waters at the sprawling sand bar or set out for a site seeing cruise exploring the vast 19-mile-long lake! It is also the perfect spot for tubing and jet-skiing.
