LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Steps from the Village Gondola, Helios 9N is a charming, 2-bedroom townhome in the heart of Mammoth. Walk to restaurants, cafes and Community Center Park in less than 10 minutes, with hiking trails, golf courses, lakes and Nordic ski trails accessible in less than 15 minutes by car.

Nestled on woodland grounds, this two-story home has a lodge-style atmosphere with hardwood floors and furniture, cast-iron accents and vaulted, tongue-and-groove ceilings.

An open-concept layout greets guests on the upper level with an inviting living area, picnic-style dining table and fully equipped kitchen.

Unwind on the sectional sofa with a movie on the large-screen TV, play a game of foosball, or simply enjoy the crackle of the wood-burning fireplace. The 6-seat dining table allows room for sit-down meals or a family game night.

In the kitchen, updated with custom tile work and hammered copper sinks, you’ll find all the comforts of home, including a coffee maker and charming steam kettle.

Ideal for a small family, Helios 9N sleeps up to four guests between two spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom:

Styled in mountain modern decor, this room has a dressing bench, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/bath.

Bedroom 2 - Lower Level
Queen Bed
This lodge-style room has a queen sleigh bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub.

A stackable washer and dryer adds convenience. Guests also have a full bathroom with a step-in shower on the upper level.

As part of the Helios development, you’ll enjoy access to the on-site community clubhouse, which has a game room with a ping-pong table, sauna, handball court and grotto-style hot tub.

Two reserved underground parking spaces make it easy to explore the surrounding area, including Devils Postpile National Monument, about a 30-minute drive, or even Yosemite National Park, accessible in about an hour.

Great location and comfortable space

The pictures don’t entirely do this condo justice. It’s a great, comfortable, clean place with everything you need. Easy walk to the village. My kids played in the snow just outside the unit. Very private feeling and didn’t see much activity in the community in the week leading up to Christmas. Definitely recommend.

Great Condo Excellent Location

The condo was in a great location - 5 minute walk to the Village. The condo was clean, spacious, very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Underground parking was very convenient. We didn’t use our car during our entire stay - we walking daily to/from the Village Gondola and we stated in and cooked dinner every night. The only frustrating part was communicating with the property management company - Natural Retreats. We were surprised to find no fire starter materials for the fireplace - wood/lighter only. So I reached out to Natural Retreats. First by text because they had texted me upon my arrival saying to contact them if we needed anything. I did not get a reply until the next morning and they told me they would be happy to bring over fire starter materials that morning. They said they would leave it inside the unit since we were going to be on the mountain all day. When we got home at the end of the day there were no fire starter materials inside the condo. I reached out again via text two times and also called the number before 5 PM and left a message. Neither messages were returned and I never heard from them since. It was disappointing to be promised materials and then never receive any nor ever get any of my messages returned. We would have just gone out to get the materials ourselves but we were hopeful the management company was going to bring some by since that’s what they initially promised. So if you plan on using the fireplace, I recommend getting some fire starter materials to bring with you. Also in terms of the entrance to the garage it says 145 Canyon Blvd where your enter - even though the address they give us 165. It was a bit confusing at first and late at night so everything was very dark when we arrived and a bit tricky to figure it out it first Overall a great family stay and we look forward to booking this great condo again!
